Private Sleeve

Terms of service

Draft of 6 October 2026, pending counsel's review

Private Sleeve is operated by Argus Technologies Corporation, a Delaware corporation. These terms apply to privatesleeve.com and app.privatesleeve.com. By creating an account you accept them and the member agreement shown in the app, which governs what happens to the documents you upload.

You must be at least 18 years old and in the United States. You sign in with a link sent to your email address; you are responsible for keeping that mailbox secure and for everything done from your account.

We may change the service, add to it or withdraw parts of it, and we will tell you by email before a change that removes something you use.

You may upload only documents you have the right to upload. Offering documents often carry confidentiality terms; you are responsible for complying with them. You may not upload documents that belong to someone else or that you obtained by breaching an agreement.

What happens to an uploaded document is set by the member agreement: a deal's own documents form that deal's shared record, which other members who hold the deal and have uploaded one of its documents can see, with your name never shown; documents addressed to you never leave your account.

Private Sleeve is an information tool, not a financial adviser. It reports what documents state and how deals compare. It does not rank deals for suitability, recommend an action or give investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Figures are read from documents by a model and checked by a second read; a figure can still be wrong. Every figure links to its page and sentence so you can check it, and you should check any figure before relying on it.

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, Argus Technologies Corporation is not liable for losses that arise from using the service, from a figure read incorrectly, or from a decision you make with the service, and our total liability to you is limited to $100.

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile. The member agreement states what is removed and what remains in a deal's shared record. We may close an account that breaks these terms, with notice by email.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the service is resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, or in another place we both agree to, rather than in court, except that either side may bring a small claim in a small-claims court.

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with its date and tell you by email; continuing to use the service after that date accepts the change.
